GF Brownie à la Mode Pie

Rich chocolate brownie meets the cool elegance of ice cream. Ingredients
½ cup butter
1 large egg
1 box Miss Jones Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
1 pint French vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
Whipped Cream
Gluten Free Pretzels
Mini Chocolate Chips
Chocolate Syrup

For the Brownies
Heat oven to 350F.
Using a stand or hand mixer, combine oil and brownie mix until evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a pie pan.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until edges are crispy and middle is slightly firm to the touch. Let cool.
Once cool, press brownie up the sides of the pan into pie form and freeze for 10-20 minutes.
For the Filling
Carefully spoon softened ice cream into cooled crust. Place back in freezer for 10 minutes. Quickly spread a layer of whipped cream over ice cream. Top with pretzels, peanuts and mini chocolate chips and pop back into the freezer.
Melt some chocolate chips and warm up chocolate syrup Drizzle both over the top of the pie. Cover and freeze for 2 hours.
